INFORMATION AND FEES
Reservations are for TWO nights. No partial reservations taken. Friday, June 6 , 2025 - 2:00 PM check-in though Sunday, June 8, 2025, NOON check-out (SEE CAMPSITE MAP BELOW) CAMPSITES ARE SOLD OUT! If you would like to be put on the Wait List in case someone cancels, please email [email protected] with your name and phone number. (Be aware that on the day of the ride, day rigs will be parked in and around your site.) Amenities: Water for horses (bring water for humans), fire rings, picnic tables, vaulted restrooms and an additional dumpster for manure. THERE WILL BE ONE "CAMPSITE MANAGER" PER SITE There will be ONE "Campsite Manager" (you) reserving and paying for the camp-site. First come, first serve. You, as the "Campsite Manager," may invite friends, their rigs, and their horses to share in the cost of the site as you please, as long as everyone is a registered Poker Rider or Non Rider, and their rigs fit within in the campsite. When you reserve AND have paid for your campsite, it is yours to manage. If you can't make the event, there are no refunds - you (the Manager) can sell it or turn it back to GCTC. NO REFUNDS! EMAIL RESERVATIONS ONLY, DON'T TEXT OR CALL If you would like to be put on the Wait List in case someone cancels, please email [email protected] with your name and phone number. How to reserve a campsite: 1. EMAIL US A RESERVATION REQUEST - The person who emails the reservation will be the "Campsite Manager." It is up to you after you obtain a campsite to make sure you and everyone in your campsite will be registered/paid Poker Riders or Non-Riders. Email [email protected] with the camp site number you want, and a second choice if that one is unavailable. SEE MAP BELOW. Be sure to include your full name and phone number in your email. THESE SITES GO FAST! First come, first served. 2. SITE RESERVATION REQUEST RECEIVED We will email you back that we have your site reservation request received and are awaiting payment. When you get that note, you can go to payment. 3. PAYMENT AFTER you have our email showing we have received your camp site reservation and site number, you must pay for it within 24 hours, or it will go to the next person who wants it. TO PAY YOUR FEE, GO TO THE FORM HERE: http://www.goldcountrytrailscouncil.org/donations.html It accepts credit/debit cards and PayPal. When you type in your name into the donation form, add the campsite number after your last name. It will look like this: 4. FINAL RESERVATION CONFIRMATION
When we receive your payment, you will get an email confirmation from us of your campsite reservation, campsite number, what you paid, and your donation number. 5. THEN ENTER THE POKER RIDE! Your final task will be to enter the Poker Ride. As soon as you are be notified by email of your reservation confirmation, you are required to sign up for the Poker Ride as a Poker Rider. The Manager must register within 24 hours or the campsite will be released. All the other people you invite to stay in your campsite must be registered/paid Poker Riders or Non-Riders.
